Managing Director/CEO

Mrs. Busola Ogbonna, BSc (Hons),  MSc , FCS, ACISI UK

Busola Ogbonna is the Managing Director/CEO of Interstate Securities Limited, responsible for Securities Trading, Debt/Equity Capital Market Transactions, Financial Advisory and Project Finance.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), UK. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University with over 15years cognate experience in Advisory, Research, Securities Trading and Portfolio Management.

Prior to joining ISL as MD/CEO, she was the MD/CEO of Cedrus Capital Limited and ARM Securities Limited having responsibility for Securities trading, Advisory, Debt & Equity Capital Market transactions, Product Development and Client Management respectively. She also worked as Head of Fixed Income Trading, Strategy and Business Development at CLG Securities Ltd. She has also managed Equity and Research Desk of Dynamic Portfolio Limited and AIICO Pensions Managers Limited, respectively.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mrs. Chidimma Igbo, ACCA, ACA, and DCP

Mrs. Chidimma Igbo is a graduate of Coventry University, London where she obtained BSc in Accounting & Finance for Int’l Business. She earlier obtained her Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos State, National Diploma in Finance Studies from Osun State Polytechnic, Iree and finally proceeded to earn her Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Accounting From Lagos State University. She is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Certificate of IFRS and Designate Compliance Professional (DCP).

She joined Custodian and Allied Insurance Limited in 2006 in the Finance Department and rose through ranks to the level of Deputy Manager before her redeployment to Interstate Securities Limited as the Chief Financial Officer in March 2024.

Compliance Officer

Mr Ehozojie Gregory Okonofua ACS, ACA

Mr. Ehizojie Okonofua is a graduate of Auchi Polytechnic, Edo State where he obtained his Higher National Diploma in Accountancy. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria and also an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

He is a qualified Securities Trader/Authorized Dealing Clerk with over 18years experience in the Capital Market. He joined UNEX Capital Limited in Oct 2007 as a Financial Analyst before being redeployed to Compliance department as the Chief Compliance Officer in 2009. He joined Interstate Securities Limited as the Compliance Officer in 2024 a position he is currently occupying.

Internal Audit/Control

Mr. Kazeem Olasukanmi Moshood Bsc, ACA

Kazeem Olasukanmi Moshood is a graduate of the University of Lagos, Akoka where he obtained a Bsc. In Accounting. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and has over 10 years experience in Finance Industry spanning Banking and External Audit Services.

Kazeem worked as Treasury Operations Officer, Financial Control Officer of Ecobank Nigeria Plc before joining the organization in 2022.

Chief Dealer

Mr. Amosu Gbewato Sunday ACS, ADC, ACTI

Mr. Amosu Gbewato Sunday is an investment professional with over a decade of experience in investment management and capital market operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State. He is currently pursuing an MBA at Miva University and an MSc in Computer Science at James Hope University.

He is currently the Chief Dealer at Interstate Securities Limited. Prior to this, he served as Head of Retail Investment and Equity Trader at LeadCapital Group and held senior investment roles at Pivot Capital, where he gained extensive experience in portfolio management, equity trading, and investment strategy.

Mr. Amosu is a licensed market professional and a member of several professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria, the Nigerian Exchange, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, the Nigerian Institute of Management, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
